Be Clear on Your Values & Keep Your Promises to Yourself
Setting a timer to get stuff done is one of those tools that help me to stay focused...
On top of that is my little accountability buddy. Meet the "Frog Prince", the only one I'll kiss with a smile! I adore the book "Eat that Frog" By Brian Tracey as it helped me build a positive habit to complete the most difficult task in every day, first!!!! It simply must be done & I'm not allowed to do anything else, until it is done.

Have a positive attitude towards doing the hard things first & resolve most issues you come across.
