You'll notice there aren't any specific days allocated to each flower & we'll take it as easy as possible. It really doesn't matter if you are just struggling with some thoughts or going through a difficult time. Consider making time for relaxation this month.

We struggle with life if our minds are not in the right place or if we are going through things. We are constantly thinking about stuff we need to do, and how we're going to solve those problems. So this month we'll take it slow & be more mindful of how we treat our minds in general.
Take care of Your Mental Wellbeing through creativity & right brain activities this month, we have a fair bit to go before the end of this year & I would love for you to be completely rested by the end of every day, not left stressed before you go to bed.
