It is important to have a little creative space after a long day & with the easy techniques you'll have the freedom to unwind at home whenever you want.
To start, all you'll need is a little sketchbook, I'll show you how to fold one from an A4 sheet. Bring a candle to create a relaxing atmosphere, your favourite watercolour supplies or a simple pencil will also do... Have something nice to drink & make your space as comfortable as possible. Don't worry a thing, just unwind your mind!
Follow along to get yourself engaged in a little positive habit that doesn't take more than 10 to 20 minutes to complete. With it you'll make room for creative mindfulness so you'll find small moments of joy as you play along.
Once familiar with the technique & enjoying the time to relax, gather a few supplies like:
